The British authorities claim that Skrobala poisoned nervously-paralytic substance “Beginner”, supposedly produced in Russia. The Russian foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, however, said that Skrobala was poisoned with a drug BZ, which was adopted by the USA and the UK. The OPCW thus confirms the presence of BZ in the samples collected by experts at the British Salisbury.
