MAGADAN, April 22. /TASS/. Russia’s envoy to the Organization for the prohibition of chemical weapons (OPCW) Alexander Shulgin intends to achieve performance of the boy involved in video, NGO “White helmets” on the use of government forces of that country of chemical weapons, so that the child can personally testify that the chemical attack in the Syrian city of Duma was a provocation. The diplomat said Friday in an interview with NTV television.
