TASS, April 21. The North Korean leader Kim Jong-UN has announced that the government halts nuclear and missile tests, and also that the nuclear test site in the North of the country will stop working.

“Since April 21, North Korea will stop nuclear tests and launches of Intercontinental ballistic missiles — quoted by Yonhap news Agency KCNA. North will close the nuclear testing site in the Northern part of the country, to confirm a promise to suspend nuclear tests”.
