MOSCOW, April 20. /TASS/. Missiles United States and its allies on Syria was dealt at the most inopportune moment – when the normalization of the situation in this country has already become irreversible phenomenon, said the Russian defense Minister Sergei Shoigu on Friday during a meeting in Moscow with the special envoy of the UN Secretary General on Syria Staffan de Mistura.
