In the Network there are many stories where customers complain of packages from online shops which came in improper condition. But sometimes the fault lies not in the sellers, and careless couriers.
One very angry user posted a video from a surveillance camera, which shows how the courier decided not to go to the house and just throw the package on the balcony. A very high balcony. Twice. After that, the courier turned and with quiet soul went on.
