MOSCOW, April 9. /TASS/. The head of the Federation Council Committee on international Affairs Konstantin Kosachev intends to offer the upper house of Parliament to discuss countermeasures as a reaction to the inclusion of Russian parliamentarians in the sanctions lists of the United States.
