MOSCOW, April 8. /TASS/. The defense Ministry on Sunday agreed with the new leaders of the “Jaish al-Islam” on the cease-fire and withdrawal of ISIS militants from the city of Duma in Eastern ghouta. Total planned output of up to 8 thousand militants, said the head of the Russian Center for reconciliation of the warring parties (included in Ministry of defense) in Syria, major-General Yuri Evtushenko.
