Australian woman in 40 years has become a popular fitness blogger

The mother of two children decided to change their lives using Instagram.

Joan Peters from Melbourne decided to fight depression and excess weight with the help of Instagram. After the birth of two children and many years without sports, she realized that her body is no longer attractive. The main reason for weight loss become health problems.

After almost a year of hard training and a balanced diet woman already could boast visible result. Now she became a fitness blogger and inspires others to take the changes in life.

By the way Joan is not dieting and not count calories, she tries to choose the most nutritious food and eating for eight hours per day (method of interval of starvation).
