According to him, the goal of this initiative is “to compromise the independent, impartial international observer on chemical weapons”.
“Russia since the assassination attempt on British soil by a chemical-warfare weapon had one purpose — to hide the truth and confuse the public”, — said the Minister.

The OPCW Executive Council rejected a joint proposal from Russia, China and Iran on a new investigation “of the case Skripal”, was opposed by most member countries of the organization. This was announced by permanent representative at the organization of Alexander Shulgin.
“It was opposed by the British and Americans, then, following their example, dutifully voted shackled NATO and EU discipline of the member States of the European Union, NATO members and some U.S. allies in Asia,” the diplomat said at a press conference on the results of the special meeting.
“Now, in the light of the outcome of the election it is safe to say, the mask finally dropped. The UK and the US, who disguise themselves in the mantle of guardians of international law, in fact, themselves flagrantly violate international laws,” — said the diplomat.
