“Contract security organization has taken on the prevention of fires within the facility and even in the 50-meter zone, adjacent to the object. Private security organizations are established solely for the provision of security services. Prevention of fires to the number of services that provided security organization, does not apply,” said Chernova at a briefing on Tuesday.
The fire in TRTS “Winter cherry” in Kemerovo took place on 25 March. During a fire killed 64 people, including more than 40 children. Criminal case is investigated, arrested seven people.
