TASS, 26 February. More than 1.4 thousand specialists of radiation, chemical and biological (NBC) protection of the Central military district take part in the exercises in the Samara region. About it on Monday have informed in a press-service of the district.
“In the Samara region of more than 15 regions of the Urals, Siberia and the Volga region to participate in the exercises came more than 1400 professionals NBC protection. The maneuvers began today on Chapaevsky the landfill and will continue until March 17,” – said the press service.
Military chemists will work on the application of radiation, chemical and biological prospecting, the steps in the conditional areas of contamination and the decontamination, degassing and disinfection. “The aerosol units in practice will fulfill tasks cover critical facilities and troops in attack and defense. Will also district stages of the competitions “Safe environment – 2018” and “White sun – 2018″ the international Army games – 2018”, – added in the district.
