Attacked school in Perm Teens are unable to explain their motives
Moscow. 14 Feb. INTERFAX.RU — Two teenagers accused in the attack on the school N127 in Perm, in the course of the interrogation could not explain to investigators the cause of his behavior.

He added that the tragedy could have been avoided if the guard evaluated the inappropriate behavior of teenagers and called the rapid response team.
“One of the suspects (accused — if) tried to break (in school if) it was not allowed,” said the Ombudsman.
According to him, the teen missed the school under the log after he introduced a former student and was met by the second defendant.
“Inadequate assessment of the situation in the child’s behavior, unfortunately, became one of the reasons, in my opinion, why this became possible in the 127-th school”, — said Mikov.
The incident at the school N127 in Perm occurred on the morning of January 15. Two teenagers struck the students and the teacher multiple stab wounds. In addition, they struck with knives to each other. The attack injured 15 people, 12 of them were hospitalized.
Teens charged with “Attempted murder of two and more persons, including minors, committed by a group of persons upon a preliminary collusion”. They were arrested for two months. To them threatens till seven years of imprisonment.
