Federation Council speaker Valentina Matvienko proposes to think about the creation in Russia of the Ministry of loneliness on the example of Britain, when the problems of single people is given special attention by the state, the good is the experience of creating a Ministry of happiness.
“This is a very important topic — the loneliness of the elderly. Elderly people require daily attention. Not so much the money is needed, how much attention”, — said Matvienko at the meeting with workers of social sphere of the village on Friday.
She recalled that in the UK already have a similar experience, was even established by the relevant Ministry.
