“The number of appeals related to medical errors and inadequate health care-is growing from year to year. In 2012 the investigative authorities of SK of Russia has received 2100 of such citizens, and in 2017 this figure has increased almost three times — up to 6050”, — said Petrenko, “Interfax”.
According to her, on personal reception of the Chairman of the IC Alexander Bastrykin “every third case is linked to medical errors.”
In this case, said Petrenko, not all appeals of criminal cases and conducted the procedural audit.
