“Of course, to know where these billions, it is impossible. They dissolve in the budget. Them with the same success could be used to replenish the Pension Fund, which had a hole. I did my own investigation. Found out that the money to provide the army passed through a number of the same firms. So, this scheme, which is overseen by senior management,” said Verkhovna Rada Deputy Vitaliy kupriy.
According to experts, the money Ukraine would be able to buy in the USA 2300 anti-tank missile systems Javelin, or 16 F-16 aircraft.
In November 2017, the Council of national security of the United States recommended that President Donald Trump to allocate to Ukraine as assistance $ 47 million for the purchase of about 40 Javelin.
