SOCHI, January 29. /TASS./ Congress of the Syrian national dialogue in Sochi will allow the Syrians for the first time to talk without intermediaries. This was stated Monday in an interview with TASS and RT, the Russian President’s special envoy on the Syrian settlement, Alexander Lavrentiev.
