The mayor of Makhachkala arrest extended to two months
Moscow. 25 Jan. INTERFAX.RU the Investigation has charged the mayor of Makhachkala (Dagestan) Musa Musayev charge, custody it is now two months, has informed Agency “Interfax” informed source.
“On Wednesday, Musa Musayev was charged with paragraph “C” of part 3 of article 286 of the criminal code (committing by the head of the local government action is clearly beyond his powers, with causing of heavy consequences). In connection with this arrest is automatically extended to two months”, — said the Agency interlocutor.
21 Jan Musa Musayev decision of the Soviet court of Makhachkala before being charged was placed in temporary detention for 10 days. We will remind, concerning it criminal case about land fraud with damage in the sum more than 80 million rubles.
On Monday, the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation Alexander Bastrykin has instructed to transfer a criminal case against mayor of Makhachkala, Musa Musayev “for further the most complete and thorough investigation” in the Main investigatory management on Severo-Caucasian Federal district of the investigative Committee of Russia”.
Sam Musa Musayev his guilt does not recognize.
