MOSCOW, January 22. /TASS/. The creation of the American party to the security forces on the borders of Syria with Turkey and Iraq can be a deliberate provocation, made denials of such plans clumsy. This was stated on Monday the Minister of foreign Affairs of Russia Sergey Lavrov.
