Lavrov: Washington intends to break up Syria into pieces

A new U.S. initiative to create “some areas of border security” together with the Syrian democratic forces (SDS) is essentially the isolation of the vast territory stretching along the Turkish-Iraqi border to the East of the Euphrates river.
