Media: Poroshenko promised the FSB not to harm the interests of Russia
The Georgian TV channel “Rustavi-2” has released copies of the letters of the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko to the FSB, which allegedly was sent to the office in February 2007 after he was not allowed in Russia.
“I am a citizen of Ukraine Poroshenko Petro Oleksiyovych 26.09.1965 G. R, in the period of stay on the territory of the Russian Federation should strictly comply with Russian legislation, not to participate in activities aimed against interests of Russia”, — the document says. In another statement, Mr Poroshenko says that he has been attracting large investments in factories “Roshen” and “Bogdan” and irrelevant “to the anti-Russian campaign of President (Viktor) Yushchenko.”
