To Russia earned a system of separate waste collection, need proper infrastructure, said the Minister of natural resources Sergey Donskoy.

Donskoy said that the Russian authorities are considering the possibility of establishing a mechanism by which individuals who share the trash can pay less for its export, if the relevant law is adopted. To track waste collection is offered with the help of CCTV cameras.
