The head physician of the perinatal center in Krasnoyarsk is suspected of taking bribes

KRASNOYARSK, January 10. /TASS/. The chief doctor of the perinatal center in Krasnoyarsk is suspected of receiving bribes from businessmen in the amount of several million rubles, said on 10 January, the press service of the regional Department of the FSB.

“A criminal case against the chief doctor of MGBUT “Krasnoyarsk regional clinical center of maternity and childhood” Pavlov Andrey Vladimirovich and head nurse, Liankevich Lydia Vladimirovna suspected of committing crimes of corruption”, — stated in the message Department.

According to the FSB, Pavlov received money from businessmen for delivery of medical supplies in the amount of 10% of the contract price, with Liankevich acted as a mediator for accepting bribes.

“The total amount of cash received from Pavlov V. A. from different entrepreneurs through corruption amounted to several million rubles. The exact amount now is established”, — added in the message.

Now Pavlov is under arrest.
