Mentors of the contest “Russia’s Leaders” will begin to choose students at the semifinals stage

Mentors of the competition of managers “Leaders of Russia”, including senior officials and top managers of state corporations, are beginning to explore and choose the participants of the competition at the semifinals stage. This was stated on Wednesday the first Deputy head of presidential administration Sergey Kiriyenko, at the opening of the first semi-final that began to bidders from the Central Federal district.
“Today, the hall has a sufficient number of mentors, colleagues will come out to play, and we all have task and I, as coach, to start to get accustomed (to the semifinalists — approx. TASS),” — said Kiriyenko. He said that mentors are available all the results of examinations and tests, which by this time were the participants.
Kiriyenko told about the procedure of selection of the mentors of the contestants. “Those who pass the final, they will have the opportunity to look at a list of more than 60 mentors, and to note those to whom they would like to get pre-you can select up to five desired mentors. Thereafter, each of the coaches gets a list of all contestants who would like to get to it, and you can choose the instruct from this list”, — he said.
Kiriyenko stressed that the aim of the organizers of the competition is to make “pair — mentor and educate — was formed by mutual interest.” “Therefore, the goal of all mentors is to begin to shop around and pick up people”, — he stressed.
