Arrested for the bombing in the store “Perekrestok” in St. Petersburg told the security forces that staged the attack for the popularization of the cult of psychics. This follows from the fragment of the video of the interrogation, published by the edition “Fontanka”.

“Zhukov Street, 23. There is a school. It’s like a cult of psychics. I went in there, and in order to let people know, I made that bomb,” — said the detainee named Dmitri.
The alleged organizer of the explosion was arrested on 30 December by the FSB of Russia.
The explosion, which occurred on December 27 at the lockers in the store “Crossroads”, injured 18 people. The investigation has determined the incident as an attempted murder of two and more people. Russian President Vladimir Putin called the incident a terrorist attack.
