American transgender people won the right to serve in the army
From 1 January 2018 transgender people can serve in the US army. This became possible after two Federal court of appeal has taken a decision, according to the publication South China Morning Post.
The current President of the United States Donald trump in July, promised his supporters not to take to armed forces transgender people. Now the Pentagon will have to do this. The defense Ministry has issued a special circular, which describes in detail how to serve transgender people. Including, indicated what kind of underwear they should wear.
The news is received positively by the American LGBT community.
