United Russia has removed the video about Santa Claus, although I believe it purely informational

MOSCOW, December 30. /TASS/. “United Russia” has removed the video in support of Russian President Vladimir Putin, though and says it is “purely informational”, not putting the goal to campaign for any of the candidates in the election campaign.

Against the roller

Earlier, the lawyers of the election headquarters of TV presenter Ksenia Sobchak, launched at the presidential elections of the Russian Federation of Civil initiatives addressed to the CEC and the Prosecutor’s office with complaints of illegal, in their opinion, propaganda video of the “United Russia” in support of Putin. In a video posted on the official channel of the party in YouTube, a little girl asks Santa Claus to make Putin President of Russia, and he replied that he receives many such requests. According to staff Sobchak, the video “violates several laws.” The lawyers and staff are asked to establish whether the material is propaganda, “and then refer to the internal Affairs bodies (police) to bring the perpetrators to administrative responsibility and suppression of administrative violations and illegal campaign activities.”

Without a purpose campaign

“This is a purely informational video, it tells about the results of “United Russia” for the year,” said TASS in the press service of the party.
