The program of the parent capital extended by three years
The relevant law signed by Vladimir Putin.
Moscow. 29 Dec. INTERFAX.RU — Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law on the extension until 31 December 2021 the operation of the rules of support for families with children, which operated until 31 December 2018.
The corresponding document with the signature of the President published on the official portal of legal information.
We are talking about the right of citizens of the Russian Federation to receive the parent capital (in 2017, in the amount of 453 thousand) for the second and third child.
Currently, the right to dispose of the parent capital can be realized not earlier than 3 years from the date of birth of the child. To this rule there are exceptions: until the child reaches 3 years the funds of the parent capital can be used for down payments on mortgages, as well as the acquisition of goods and services for social adaptation and integration into society of children with disabilities.
The law establishes another exception: citizens will be able to spend maternity capital for payment of educational services for the implementation of educational programs of preschool education and to pay for other related pre-school education costs.
