Putin signed a law on monthly payments at the birth of the firstborn
According to the law, the allowance will be calculated taking into account family income.
MOSCOW, December 28. /TASS/. The President of Russia Vladimir Putin signed the law on introduction of monthly payments to the birth of the first child. The corresponding document was published on the official portal of legal information.
The document, signed by the President of the Russian Federation establishes the right to receive monthly payments at the birth or adoption of their first child until they reach eighteen months. According to the law, the allowance will be calculated taking into account family income: it should not exceed time and a half the subsistence minimum of the able-bodied population of the region.
Also provides monthly payments in connection with the birth or adoption of a second child until they reach eighteen months. Payments will be made at the expense of means of the parent capital.
Payment of benefits will commence from 1 January 2018 at the expense of the Federal budget, it will cover about 340 thousand families annually.
The average size of the monthly payments in 2018 will amount to 10.5 thousand rubles 2019 — 10.8 thousand rubles 2020 — 11,1 thousand RUB So RUB, RUB, in 2020 — 68 billion.
