The mayor of new York bill de Blasio, in his Twitter has published a warning to residents, urging them not to go outside because of the steady cold weather. According to the national weather service in the United States, the temperature in new York on 28 December is -8 degrees.

“We urge all citizens this week to go out as seldom as possible because of the established cold weather. If possible, find out how it feels to your neighbors and get Pets inside of the house”, — he wrote.
Before the office of the national weather service in new York also issued a warning about the establishment of the cold weather during the Christmas holidays. The report notes that average temperature in the next 7 day will be 19 degrees Fahrenheit (-7,2 Celsius). “The Arctic cold set to the new year’s weekend,” reads the warning. The service also published a list of recommendations for city residents. In particular, it is also recommended to reduce exposure to the street and to dress in several layers of clothing.
