The ex-Governor is accused of committing two crimes under part 6 of article 290 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (“bribe reception in especially large size”). He is charged with obtaining, personally and through intermediaries, bribes for a total amount of €600 thousand for the inclusion of JSC “Novovyatskiy ski factory” and OOO “Forest management company “Kirovles” to the list of priority investment projects and further promoting the adoption of favourable solutions in the execution of the programmes of forest development.
