MOSCOW, December 25. /TASS/. Experimental design work (OKR) in designing a strategic nuclear submarine type “Northwind-B” will start in 2018, the completion of its testing and handover to the Navy is scheduled for 2026. “Project “Borey-B” included in the state armaments program until 2027. In accordance with this program R & d on the creation of submarine must start in 2018, to surrender its fleet after the tests scheduled for 2026,” – said the Agency interlocutor.
