KIEV, December 25. /TASS/. Kiev has suggestions on how to release detained both sides individuals who will remain in captivity after the exchange, scheduled for December 27. On Monday said the representative of Ukraine in the humanitarian sub-group of the contact group on settling the situation in the East Irina Gerashchenko.
“I remember those now, these days, will not let go of ORDO (some regions of Donetsk and Lugansk regions — ed. TASS). We have plans and proposals how to release all. And how to do it as soon as possible”, — she wrote in “Facebook”, asking journalists “a little patience”. “We will advise on logistics, etc.” — said Gerashchenko.
She also confirmed the position of Kiev on the exchange on December 27.

Meeting in Moscow
On Monday the Patriarch of Moscow and all Russia Kirill at the end of peace meeting with the head of the self-proclaimed Donetsk national Republic Alexander Zakharchenko, the acting head of the Luhansk national Republic Leonid Beekeeper and representative of Ukraine in the humanitarian sub-group Viktor Medvedchuk said that Kiev and the Donbass agreed on all the conditions for the exchange of prisoners. The procedure will take place on December 27 according to the formula “306 at 74”. The exact time and place of exchange for security purposes, will be announced on the same day.
