Sociologists found out, how Russians assess the economic situation in the country
MOSCOW, Dec 22 — RIA Novosti. A significant part of Russians (38%) believes that Russia’s level of economic development among countries of the world occupies the position between the 10th and 15th place, while 29% of respondents assign it a place in the top ten, according to a survey of Fund “Public opinion” (FOM).
According to the survey, 14% of Russians believe that the country is in economic situation takes place between 50-m and 100-m, 6% believe that it is among the most lagging countries, and 13% of respondents were undecided.
The poll found that 34% of respondents believe that Russia is on the financial position of the world’s population occupies the position between the 10th and 50th place, while 28% believe that it is between 50-m and 100-m location. The same number of respondents — 13% — think that Russia according to this criterion in the first case is in the top ten in the second — among the most backward countries. Undecided 12% of respondents.
According to the survey, 29% of respondents believe that the degree of protection of the rights and freedoms of the citizen of Russia is among other countries place between 10-m and 50-m. 23% of respondents believe that Russia is on this criterion in the top ten, 11% — which is among the most lagging countries. Sociologists also indicate that 32% of respondents believe that Russia is on the security level of the personality takes place between the 10th and 50th in the world, 31% of respondents believe that it is in the top ten. Poll “Omnibus” was held on 16-17 December in 104 localities of the country among 1500 respondents.
