MOSCOW, December 21. /TASS/. The situation in the Syrian city of raqqa is on the verge of an epidemic. On Thursday said the Minister of defense of Russia General of the army Sergei Shoigu.
“The city (raqqa – approx. The TASS) on the verge of epidemic,” he said at a trilateral meeting with Russian foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and special envoy of the UN Secretary General Staffan de Mistura.
