The probable cause of the crash in Nar’jan-Mar called engine failure

Moscow. 19 Dec. INTERFAX.RU — the Preliminary reason of falling of an-2 aircraft at the airport of Naryan-Mara — engine failure, have informed “Interfax” in a press-service of administration of the NAO.


“The an-2 plane lost speed during takeoff and fell. Upon engine failure” — leads the press service quoted the General Director of the Naryan-Mar United air detachment Valery Ostapchuk, which was the Board.

According to him, the investigation of state of emergency will be engaged in the Commission of the MAC.

In the crash killed two people: a woman born in 1987, and a child born in 2013. Currently, eight of the injured are in intensive care. Two operating and one is being examined by the Press-service of administration of NAO

Meanwhile, earlier it was reported about four victims.

As reported, the incident occurred at about 10:30 (Moscow time) on Tuesday. According to TFR, the NAO, the an-2 plane, which was carrying out internal flight from “Naryan-Mar village Haruta”, made a hard landing.

During the download an error has occurred.

On Board were two crew members and 11 passengers. Press service of the TFR was reported four killed.

Criminal case as regards 3 articles 263 of the criminal code (violation of safety rules of movement and operation of air transport, entailed on imprudence death more than two persons).

According to the press-service of administration of NAO on Board were employees of the regional Ministry of internal Affairs and head of the Department of natural resources, ecology and agriculture of the NAO Sergey Andrianov.
