According to Tsigalko, he decided to publish the text, “considering the numerous requests of journalists and Saakashvili himself, in which he manipulates the contents of this letter”.

In the letter, the author assures us that, “despite recent developments”, has “no aggressive intentions”.

“Of course, I have made and will make many political mistakes, but now more than ever convinced that it is necessary to decelerate and prevent the destabilization of the situation Ready at any time to meet the representative and talk it over,” he concludes.

Commenting on the text of the letter, Tsigalko notices that, “as evidenced by the storm of the International centre of culture and art in the Alley of Heroes Heavenly Hundreds, your words Mr. Saakashvili did not keep”.

On Sunday, Ukrainian media have published information that Saakashvili allegedly wrote a letter to the President of the country Petro Poroshenko “offer of reconciliation”. However, speaking on the same day at a rally for the impeachment of Poroshenko, organized by the “Movement of new forces,” Saakashvili denied this and promised, “while alive, never be done to a turn with the huckster” and not to “backstage arrangements”.

After that, the protesters led by Saakashvili went to the October Palace and tried to enter the building, which was guarded by the National guard. Clashes using tear gas, fire extinguishers and stun grenades, causing 60 national guardsmen were injured, 15 of them were hospitalized.
