Flight Nazran-Moscow urgently sat down in Volgograd due to smoke passenger
Moscow. 17 Dec. INTERFAX.RU the Plane, EN route from Nazran to Moscow, was forced unscheduled landing Sunday at the international airport of Volgograd, the press service of the Department of internal Affairs on transport in the Volga Federal district.
“The duty of linear branch of police at the airport of the city of Volgograd was reported that required the presence of police on Board an aircraft, committed on December 17 emergency landing at the airport of Volgograd. It was established that the aircraft commander refused passage to the passenger who smoked during the flight”, — told the press service.
The offender was shot by officers of the transport police from the flight and taken to the line police Department.
Concerning it the Protocol on an administrative offense under part 6 of article 11.17 (non-persons on Board the aircraft, lawful orders of the aircraft commander) and article 6.24 of the administrative code (violation of the Federal prohibition of tobacco Smoking on certain territories, in rooms and on objects).
Last week the airline “Victory” (enters into group “Aeroflot”), EN route from St. Petersburg to Nalchik, also made an emergency landing at the airport of Volgograd from-for a smoker on Board.
