New armed groups “New Syrian army” are refugee camps in the province of El-al-hasakah under the leadership of American instructors. This is with reference to the Russian Centre of reconciliation of the warring parties in Syria, RIA Novosti reported.
After completion of the course the training of a new formation it is planned to transfer to the South of Syria for participation in military operations against the government army.
It is reported that the core group comprise the militants banned organization “Islamic state”.
