The Deputy from LDPR suggested to the Minister of education and science to enter the 12th grade in schools
Vasily Vlasov also believes that it is necessary to extend summer vacation for one month.
MOSCOW, December 14. /TASS/. State Duma Deputy from LDPR Vasily Vlasov appealed on Thursday to the Minister of education and science Olga Vasilyeva with a request to consider the introduction in schools of grade 12 education, and summer school holidays extended by one month. The MP noted that now in Russia a large number of graduates do not work in the specialty for which they were trained. One of the reasons Vlasov name the fact that the schools the student receives only a General level of knowledge on the items that defined educational programs. “The students difficult to determine the area in which they can realize themselves”, — concluded the politician. In his view, “the changing structure of the world economy requires changes in the education system”.

“My suggestion is to enter the 12-year education for upper secondary education. 12 th grade must be focused on the vocational guidance of pupils”, — the Deputy refers to Vasilyeva. Vlasov stressed that it is necessary at the school level to help students choose the most appropriate profession for them.
According to him, often under the influence of parents or certain influences young people to choose fields of study for those professions in the future don’t work. “If a student is enrolled at the expense of budget funds, the state will not receive the necessary future economic benefits from that invests in,” he notes.
