MOSCOW, December 13. /TASS/. The question of belonging of the Crimea is not negotiable, said the press Secretary of the President Dmitry Peskov, commenting on the words of U.S. Secretary of state Rex Tillerson that sooner or later this issue will again be on the agenda.
“As for Crimea, not much to add here, this topic is in no way subject to any discussion,” – said Peskov.
