Russia ordered to pay 99 thousand euros to victims of torture in police

The European court of human rights (ECHR) ruled against Russia 99 thousand euros in favor of the beaten in police of Moscow, Nizhny Novgorod region, Mari El and Chuvash Republic. The document was published on the court’s website.
