“We had a warm conversation about Boxing, its development tendencies in Chechnya, Russia and around the world. His experience, namely 50 victories in 50 fights, is worth a lot,” — said Kadyrov.
According to the head of Chechnya, the boxer expressed his desire to receive citizenship of Russia. “Mayweather told me: “If I get Russian citizenship, I already have housing in Moscow, but would like to have a house in Grozny””, — he said.
7 Dec Mayweather in an interview with TV channel “Russia 24” said that he intends to get Russian citizenship. He added that Russia is interested in real estate development and banking businesses.
