Saakashvili decided to starve indefinitely

A former Governor of the Odessa region Mikhail Saakashvili declared the beginning of termless hunger strike. This was told by lawyer Ruslan Chernolutsky after visiting his client.

Defender of the disgraced politician, who was detained in the night of Saturday in Kiev and placed in a temporary detention facility, said that he also refuses to forcible feeding. “If it is adopted the measure of restraint — arrest for 60 days, it will be hard to continue the strike,” said Chernolutsky.

According to the lawyer, Saakashvili is feeling fine after his arrest visited a doctor on December 7, it became known that the politician had the flu. Chernolutsky also said that police arrested his client when he “was in the apartment of his friend for treatment.”

December 6, Saakashvili said that when the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has deprived of his citizenship, he was “not in very good shape, was slightly stouter. I lost 30 pounds”.
