Former major APU revealed details of the destruction of the “Boeing” over the Donbas

A former major in the Armed forces of Ukraine (APU), Yuri Baturin revealed in an interview with TV channel “Star” the details of the crash of the Boeing MH17 over Donbas in July 2014.

Baturin said that at that time held the position of chief of the command post of the military unit A-1215 anti-aircraft missile troops near Kharkov and in the day of the crash he personally saw the plane on the indicators.

“Attention all aircraft that flew over the combat zone, because, from my point of view, this is nonsense. And pay attention at exactly the moment when the plane disappeared from the indicators. Was mark — not mark. And it attracts attention,” he said.

A few days after the crash on a command post near Kharkov, where he served Buchanan, came the military involved in the relocation of equipment 156th anti-aircraft missile regiment near the village of zaroshchens’ke. Buchanan said the convoy stopped in part a-1215 due to the fact that the part was a convenient transit point.

According to him, among the techniques which relocated military personnel, was SAM “Buk”. Buchanan explained that he connected the dots and realized that the label “Boeing” MH17 is on the radar screen “was missing in the area of the surface to air missile anti-aircraft missile complex “Buk”, which includes the stand point of “the village zaroshchens’ke””.

On 6 October, the TV channel “Zvezda” reported that Buchanan crossed the Russian-Ukrainian border and asked for protection in Russia in connection with the available information about the involvement of Kiev for the crash of the Boeing MH17 over Donbass. On the same day, the news from the website of the TV channel has been removed.
