Sociologists have found the chances of Sobchak to become President

Sixty-four percent of citizens said they never voted in the presidential election for TV presenter Ksenia Sobchak, who previously announced his intention to run. This is evidenced by the results of a public opinion poll conducted by the research holding “ROMIR”, the exclusive representative of Gallup International in Russia and the CIS, commissioned by the St. Petersburg policy Foundation.

On the second place of the rating of the opposition leader Alexei Navalny (33 percent), followed by LDPR leader Vladimir Zhirinovsky and the coordinator of the movement “Left front” Sergei Udaltsov (23 percent).

According to the survey, if presidential elections were held next Sunday, for opponents of incumbent President Vladimir Putin, in total, would give a vote of 25 percent of Russians. Among them, the greatest support is the leader of the liberal Democrats, would vote for him eight percent of the respondents. The Chairman of the CPRF Gennady Zyuganov Zhirinovsky is lagging behind by one percent.

The next presidential elections will be held in March 2018.
