MOSCOW, 5 Dec. /TASS/. Russia believes the actual signing of the Moldova and Transnistria (PMR) of the agreement on safeguards implementation reached by the two parties to the agreements. About it writes on Tuesday the newspaper “Izvestia” with reference to the state Secretary – Deputy Minister of foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Grigory Karasin.
