In the state Duma commented on the USA’s refusal from participation in the global agreement on migration
MOSCOW, 3 Dec — RIA Novosti. The United States, not taking part in the development of a global international Treaty on migration, escape responsibility for what they most of all blame, said RIA Novosti Deputy Chairman of the Duma Committee on international Affairs Alexei chepa (a just Russia).
On Sunday, Secretary Rex Tillerson confirmed that the United States decided to terminate their participation in the development of an international instrument on migration to be adopted in 2018. The former administration of President Barack Obama decided to join the new York Declaration on migration adopted in 2016.
“US take responsibility for in the first place, they are guilty,” said chepa.
In his opinion, the US is obligated to participate in this agreement because all the recent “tragic events in countries such as Iraq, Libya, and Syria, were deployed with the direct participation of the United States of America.”
“We see that together with the migration to Europe are the terrorists. Today we have in predpochla Russia are these terrorist groups. And, naturally, we fear that these terrorists together with migrants from Central Asia can get to our territory. This is therefore a problem that must be addressed,” added chepa.
To solve this problem it is necessary to create conditions for normal life of migrants in the homeland, he added.
