The U.S. Senate passed a bill on tax reform

MOSCOW, 2 Jun — RIA Novosti. The U.S. Senate on Saturday passed a bill to tax reform, reports Business Insider.

According to the newspaper, for the adoption of the reform voted 51 Senator, 49 voted against it. Senator Bob Corker was the only Republican who voted against the bill.

The vote took place just a few hours after it was given the final version of tax reform. Some changes in the bill was introduced in the form of marginal notes, written by hand. All this was the reason that the vote was delayed for several hours.

Previously profiled, the budget Committee of Senate has approved the draft tax reform, which was proposed by Republicans. It has now received for consideration by the full Senate.
