Engel Fattakhov
Head of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov was released from the post of Minister of education and science of the Republic Engel Fattakhov reported on the website of the government of the Republic on Monday, 4 December.
The acting was appointed Rafis Burganov, to this day, who was Chairman of Committee of the state Council of the Republic for economy, investment and entrepreneurship.
It is noted that Fattakhov resigned from his post in connection with transition to other work.
Previously, the region erupted linguistic scandal. The reason the media reports that, according to some parents, their children, impose the study of the Tatar language at the expense of Russian. So, the mother of a pupil of the cadet school required more than a million rubles of moral compensation for the fact that her child eight years taught the Tatar language without the consent of her curriculum, and the number of hours of Russian language and literature at the same reduced.
According to the Constitution of the Republic of Tatarstan, and Russian, and Tatar languages are in the region of the state. November 29, 2017 the Parliament of the Republic voted to the study of the Tatar language in educational institutions was voluntary.
According to TASS, according to the results conducted by the Prosecutor’s office of Tatarstan inspection revealed 3.8 thousand violations in the sphere of teaching the public and native languages.
