Resident of the Vladimir region was sentenced to four years in prison for assault with a fork and a bat on the mother. This is stated on the website Yuryev-Polsky district court.
The incident occurred in the spring in the town of Yuriev-Polsky. March 31, during a quarrel with his mother, a local resident threatened her with murder. Three days later, drunk, he almost fulfilled the promise: he attacked the mother with a fork, and then twice hit it with a baseball bat in the chest.
The woman received injuries, threat to life, and the son was prosecuted under two articles: “Threat by murder” and “Causing of heavy harm to health”. “For the crimes he was sentenced to four years and one month of imprisonment with punishment serving in a corrective colony of strict regime,” — said in court.
October 27, resident of Pyatigorsk have detained on suspicion in murder of the mother and the staged accident. According to investigators, he bludgeoned a mother to death, then placed the body in a bathtub full of water and called emergency services, reporting the death of a woman while bathing.
